Overview
Our fees aim to cover all the work required to complete the mortgage of the property including undertaking the appropriate searches, subject to the lenders requirements. In some circumstances search insurance can be used instead of carrying out the normal searches. Depending on the type and circumstances of the remortgage different disbursements will be involved, please not the list below is not exhaustive.
